Amazon Kids+ subscription service enters the mobile gaming industry with two new games

Amazon has added more guns to its arsenal, aiming to appeal to kids by adding two kid-friendly mobile games to its catalog on Amazon Kids+the subscription service intended exclusively for children.

Amazon Kids+ was initially launched with the goal of providing entertainment content for children, such as comics, books, movies, and TV shows. For only $2.99 per month, parents can offer their children a multitude of entertainment products intended exclusively for children.

Amazon makes a return to mobile gaming after a long time

Amazon Mobile has been out of mobile game industry for a while, the last published game dating back to 2015. While Amazon Game Studios has since released games such as New world and lost arkwhich became a huge hit on PC, it’s the first time Amazon has shown any inclination to enter the mobile gaming market in a very long time.

Joining the catalog are two mobile games, based on the Amazon Special Series super spy ryan and Do Re Mi. The games will be completely ad-free. The games are also free to download. The games themselves are published by Amazon mobile.

Two new kid-friendly mobile games from Amazon Kids+

Keeping child safety in mind, Super Spy Ryan will not have any social features such as the ability to add friends or chat. Players will also be assigned a random spy-themed username. The game also features a single player mode and a party mode.

Do Re Mi, on the other hand, is expected to follow suit quickly, also in the USA, UK, Ireland and Canada. The game is a music educational game targeting children aged from 3 and 6. The game should teach children. The game will also feature the voices of Kristen Bell and Jackie Tohn.

Amazon is not the first company to try to corner the children’s market. Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms also offered similar services. It remains to be seen how far Amazon will dive into the mobile game market and if they will start releasing games aimed at older audiences as well.
